As I looked at each picture of yours, I pressed the ALT and Print Screen keys, which captures the entire screen as an image file in the Windows clipboard. I then pasted the entire screen image into Photoshop, from where I cropped out all but your pic and saved it as a .jpg file to upload to my file server and link to from here.
ALT/Print Screen will capture anything on your screen and can then be pasted into a Word document, MS Paint, Photoshop, etc. It's how technical writers (one of the ways, anyway) grab "screen shots" to include in documentation files.
