Bruce, My 9N287 came with 32" loop rims.(they are no longer on it but I would love to find a set) The first rims were 32" and had cast loops riveted to the rims, they had a different dia. than the 32 box rim that shortly followed. 9N287 has the 12 hole 32" dishes to accept both styles of rims, shortly after they went to the box rims only. Now the first dishes were for 32" loop rims and they had 6 holes. Then came the 12 hole dishes for both. Then came the 6 hole 32" box rim dish,so there are 3 different 32" dishes. keep in mind that we are talking about VERY EARLY 9n items here. (also 28's were an option but thats a whole different story). Also maybe some one like Scott or Kelly may know more about this subject.
