The article I found was from the 9N-2N-8N-NAA Newsletter Volume 18 No. 4 Autumn 2003
It contains some dimensions for the elusive Adjustable Stop. 3 inches long with a 1.7" slot for a 5/16" Carriage bolt. No other dimensions.
