If you want to use the 3pt control and those connections to extend/retract the dozer cylinder you don't need anything but the hose and fittings. If you want real independent remotes with an external valve you probably want one of these:
HV5902 Remote Hydraulic Adapter Kit
The HV4902 version is $50 cheaper but it doesn't have the Power Beyond circuit that you should really use when adding an external valve. That said I have sold a fair number of hydraulic conversions for the N-series that were not plumbed with PB and they work "OK".
