There is a flat surface already formed into the block from the factory on the 9n block. Going to make up a template and either have the machine shop bore it out or drill it out myself. The flat surface is above where the governor would be on a tractor. This block has a plate that blocks off where the governor would be. Does the 9n tractor camshaft have a raised rib to run a mechanical fuel pump? Or am I looking at a two year only cam with no way to replace?
