I should also mention that you adjust the toe-in by turning the drag links. That can be tricky in itself if they haven't been turned for some time. Chances are they are rusted and will not turn, at least at first. You may need to soak them with penetrant for a few days. Loosen the band clamp at each end. Then using a wrench applied to the flattened area of the link start trying to move them one way and then another. Don't get too forceful without holding the tie rod ends or you can damage the socketed end.
Once you get both rods to turn easy enough, make sure you turn them both the same amount which shouldn't be more than a few turns unless something is way out of wack. It gets a little more involved but I like to remove the drag link (tie rods or whatever they are called) if they are frozen up and wont turn. I can put them in a vise and work on them a little easier.
