One thing that these manuals and parts explosions never seem to show is the shaft with the governor arms. I had to replace the dust seal and had a hard time getting any info. Thanks to those on this site that helped me figure that out. You have to take the oil supply part out of the back and drive the pin out of the fork/shaft from the back side. Then you can pull the shaft and get at the dust seal and needle bearings.
