I finally got around to tackling the oil leak from the front of my Jubilee. Another poster here said he had changed the front seal on his without pulling the hood and the front end off.
So I dove in, what I found was that the front pulley was loose. I took it off and found what I think is the wrong bolt was used to hold it on. It was the right thread, but the head is too small. The governor cover was a bit beat up, but the seal was still in place so I put it together with the odd bolt and tested it... no more oil leak! Now I need the correct front crankshaft bolt and washer to hold that pulley on properly.
