If the clutch wont' disengage, put it in gear, start it up and drive it around under load/up hill/downhill the whole time with the clutch pedal pushed in all it can go (adjust it to get it all the way down).
My stepdad's buddy had a Mercury Capri that sat for 2 years and the clutch rusted to the flywheel, so they took it out and drove it around in 1st gear and floored it, let off, floored it, let off (jerked the crap out of it) and then it broke free. If I understand this right, I am sure you just need to drive it to break it free, someone please correct me if I am wrong so we can learn on this together (so when it happens to me I'll know more) but this sounds like an easy fix to me.
