I think the Flathead four's were a popular midget racing motor at one time .
I have a few friends that run the local dirt tracks and they will do almost anything if they think it would get a few more horsepower or rpm's .
I would estimate 35hp @ 3000 rpm by just running a pull wire to the governor ( which I would have no intention of doing )
