Leaking Carb

Hey all...discovered a slow leak from my carb today, coming from the small drain screw on the front of the carb (see attached pic for reference). I verified it is tight. Also, I always loosen the main drain plug during the winter to allow any moisture to drain out. Any thoughts on why it would be leaking, and what I can do to fix it?
