Bolt Replacement - Grade?

I need to replace some of the bolts for the side cover. I don't see markings on the old bolts; I am guessing that I can replace them with Grade 5 bolts, is that correct?

On the bolt lengths, the brake sector bolt is 1.12 inches long. Will a 1 inch long bolt work or do I need to see if I can find a longer bolt? The others are 1 inch and 3/4 inch and I think the hardware shop will have those.
