Québec, a province of Canada. They speak French. If you are a Canadian and want to do business there, you better speak French.
While at GM, I had to call a dealership in Montreal. Before they would speak to me in english, I had to tell them who I was, why I was calling, that I was in US and that I did not speak French. I got perfect English speaker response.
