I have a 1945 2N. I had it for a few years and NEVER use it in winter. I am installing a temperature gauge with a sensor addaptor in the top radiator hose (my winter project) and just realized that it does Not have a thermostat in the top radiator hose.
Question: Do I need a thermostat if it is only used in the warm weather to cut grass? Any advantages or disadvantages having one in for summer use? If so where does it go in relation to my heat-gauge sensor-pipe?
