Both of mine mark their territory with an occasional drip. Before redoing axle seals, make sure nut is tight and sump isn't overfilled. Dipsticks may not be original or marked correctly for the tractor. With tractor parked on level ground front-to-back and left-to right remove the bottom bolt from the left or right inspection cover. When fluid stops running out, it's at the right level. Now check with dipstick and make a new mark for the correct level. With the correct level and tight hubs, the axle seals may be ok.
