Your 10W30 grade is fine and right on line with Fords viscosity recommendations. Dont waste your time changing oil - that is not going to fix your problem.

Hot oil pressure of 30 PSI is better than most and a good indicator internal clearances are pretty tight. No point in even thinking about rebuilds based on that.

Something happened to cause the oil pressure to drop suddenly and it almost certainly isn't massive wear.

I would suspect an obstruction in the pickup tube or a loose connection at the pump. Another possibility would be a partial oil pump failure of some sort. The oil pressure comes up with RPM and something is limiting pump flow. Time to do some sleuthing at the drain plug looking for those sorts of problems.
