There are a lot of home hobbyists doing custom decals and consequently plenty of DIY tutorials available through video hosting sites like YouTube.
What is basically involved is using photo editing program like Photoshop, scanning and importing from equipment manual whatever decal you have pictured you're wanting to reproduce, then printing decal.
You're going to need purchase decal paper specific for type of printer you're using, & decal paper that's suitable for your particular decal (transparent, white, tinted, etc).
Print out your decal, cut it out, apply decal, then cover with a couple of light coats of clear to preserve decal.
Search will be your friend in finding tutorials, but that's "custom decals" in a nutshell.
If you can't find somebody in a group (like a FB group, where members email images they want decals made from) that will custom make decals for you, it's possible to DIY, if you're willing to learn and apply new skills.
