HiYa Curby-
The wiring info is there in MPC's, Service, and Owner/Operator's Manuals but understand that lighting kits were never a factory installed item on the N-Series Tractors, always a dealer supplied optional accessory so won't have much if any detail in them. That being said, for headlights and taillight wiring, 14 or 16 Gauge Wire is fine but you can get the exact-as-original wiring harness made by Dennis Carpenter there or at JUST8Ns.com - available in the OEM gauge and cloth covered wires with the bullet nose connectors. It is well worth the investment. Click on the LINK for the harness. BTW, I have nice OEM TAURUS taillights, restored for sale if interested. My email is open.
