Fuel thru the air intake port throat indicates the float and/or needle valve is stuck usually. A recent member here, scroll down 2 threads to see 8N FLOODING, had the same issue and turned out it the needle float valve seat was loose. Use a wide blade chisel type tool to tighten the brass insert. A regular screwdriver won't do it and just booger up the bars slot. There is also a gasket underneath it; use it.
