I kinda wish I had a Jubilee, Just cause I was born in 1953 ;)
I`ve only used the 5` unit behind one though, and both of my 49 & 50 models do well with the 5` behind them too...
I select which gear by the job at hand, I mow some pines down along with the weeds, in Low gear, but in the open clean field, I run in 2nd or third, depending on the cut it makes...
Try third, then you can always go down until it cuts insteadda laying the grass down...
