HiYa Cage-
The correct fan belt for the early 9N-10000-A and 9N-10000-B generators is 9N-8620-A, 43-1/2" long by 11/16" wide. SEE LINK to my HOW-TO's article. The 9NA & 9NB generators have the small barrel and pulley. The 9N-B has the 3rd Brush adjustment "HI-LO" Slider Button, NOT the slotted screw variable type, and was a 1-Wire/3-Brush "A" Circuit Unit using the 9N-101505-B Round-Can Cutout Circuit. The 9N-10000-C and the 2N units all used a 45" belt. The 9N-8620-A fan belt is hard to find. If you have a true 9N-B genny then you can try Scott Deppen at Sweigard Bros in LINKS forum for a belt.
