You have the “Ho-Made Model” – By Farmerization Inc. The OEM 8N-802 clevis bracket, which came with each new 8N tractor (drawbar NOT included) is there but the drawbar itself was made in the barn. If yours is solidly welded on, and it looks like it is, that ain’t good. You want a little play/backlash on the drawbar. The 8N-802 clevis was fitted with the Dearborn Swinging Drawbar, an optional dealer accessory. You needed the OEM 9N-5182 11-Hole Drawbar, also included with a new tractor, as well to use it –see pix. In 1954, the 600 and beyond used a revamped clevis and drawbar which was a much better design. Why? Because you could leave it mounted for most applications. With the prior set up, if you wanted to mount a 3-PT plow or disc, you had to yank the drawbar set up off. Today the industry uses the later design and sold as aftermarket complete units or individual pieces.
