First let me say 8N's are generally regarded as being geared too high for roto-tilling. That said the load limit is usually quoted at roughly 1000# at the lift pins. You are probably OK but but much depends on the lever arm of the rototiller hookup. The closer you get that 630# to the lift pins the better your chances. And you probably want some front counter-weight.
