Crankshaft driven gear pump is common and relatively inexpensive solution. You have 25HP which will get you 10-15 GPM @ 2000 PSI. For intenive applications like a constant load hydraulic motor the reservoir size is likely the constraining factor. To really answer the question you need some idea of the duty cycle. What size reservoir do you need and where are you going to put it? In other words what are you going to power with the pump?
