Rev B would be my guess as well because I have seen a copy of the "Invitation to the Land", dated june 29, 1939, and it shows many pictures of the 9N tractor, all with 32" Loops and the wheel centers only have 6 holes in them. The loops themselves have an elongated bolt hole, so it would actually fit either both 28" or 28-1/4" bolt hole pattern. Both of my tractors when acquired (1960's and 2016) had the loops on the 28-1/4" pattern, and I believe this is true due to the wear on the wheel centers. My third set of loops came with wheel centers and they were also mounted on the 28-1/4" pattern.
thanks for the kind words on the articles - I cant wait to see Brett's '39 tractor all complete
