Yep, it matters where you buy from, Dennis Carpenter, Just 8Ns, Steiners are but the best. Points are important. It is best to use the good brands like ECHLIN, Blue Streak, or Standard Ignition. They all have the phenolic rubbing block not plastic like the cheap ones, and their quality is superior. Now, the last set of TISCO points I had lasted 6 years and also had a plastic rubbing block. TSC sold TISCO parts years ago but no longer. I like the TISCO kits as they include a .015" feeler gage for setting the ignition point gap with. I usually buy from NAPA as all but the ECHLIN points are Made In the USA. ECHLIN is made in Mexico -still beats Cheena. Here are the NAPA crossover part numbers for the FORD front mount distributor:

POINTS: ECHLIN, CS-35 or BLUE STREAK, FD-6769X
CAP: FA-350 or FD-126
ROTOR: FA-300
CONDENSER: FA-200
GASKET KIT: SPAREX, S, 60308
