You have a couple choices. As mentioned, one way is to drill and tap a hole in your cylinder head. We have a tutorial in our How-To's section that will show you how to do this.

Another way is to buy a T-fitting from Steiner's Tractors and install it in your upper radiator hose and attach your sensor fitting to it.
