The last one I replaced was matched-up with a grade 8 bolt long enough to have a smooth shank that would work. Cut the head off. Cut the correct length of shank. Grind the ends to remove burrs and chamfer. Seems like I also had to turn the OD down slightly to press-fit into the hole. It's been working fine for several years and I didn't have to wait for shipping.
