I have a Ford 3000 with a dozer blade. Just pushed back a bunch of brush that the county surveyor left for me. It's almost 90 degrees. Tractor did well. When I got it back into barn it was warm but not hot. Temp gauge showed normal. Not sure how accurate it is. Took gas cap off to add fuel and it popped up in the air about 3 feet. Must have been pressure in tank. Cap must not be vented right I figure. Seems like this tractor uses a lot of gas also. I believe I should get a new gas cap. I don't think that is the cause of the fuel consumption though.
