Jim-
Welcome aboard! It is important that we know what model tractor you are referring to when making a post. The s/n is not that significant. What matters is if it has a front mount distributor or angle (side) mount; if it is a 3-speed or a 4-speed transmission, and if it is still 6V/POS GND or a 12V/NEG GND switch over job. Most model years of N parts will cross over but certain changes over the years will not. Next, if you canít post pictures, then tell us exactly what parts broke. An axle is a pretty darn robust cast piece to simply just Ďbreakí and Iíve never heard of one breaking before. It doesnít mean it canít happen, but youíd have to be really stressing the material/part to break it. Perhaps something is just worn out and requires replacing like the axle kingpin. Concentrate on determining the true root cause problem then we will discuss what part(s) you need and the best source to get it (them) from. Meantime, if you are new to Nís, it is highly recommended to get copies of the essential manuals. The I&T F-04 Manual;, the 39-53 MPC; and the original Operatorís Manual are good starts. The MPC has all the part diagrams and numbers listed. We have some MPCís in our Manuals forum for FREE download, and you should read them religiously. The SAFETY chapter is a good start. If you are pulling with your N that is not recommended, you and the tractor can get hurt.
