I had a really terrible day. I took my tractor and bush hog to my son's house to mow down his field. But it wasn't cutting. Well I added some oil to the gearbox and the bottom seal was bad so the oil ran right down the shaft. Apparently the only thing keeping the blades turning was friction as all the splines on the stump jumper were gone and when the oil got on the shaft the friction was gone. So no bush hogging today. So I was driving my tractor home and about a 1/4 mile from the house the tractor starts making a horrible noise and my oil pressure dropped to zero. So apparently I have reached my oil pump.
