Best bet is to get from the original manufacturer of the unit/brush hog. Ultraviolet light is the root cause of weather cracking rubber, plastic deterioration. If storing tractor and/or implements outside, best to cover with a canvas tarp. Plastic tarps work too, just they too will degrade in a short time from sunlight. Keep tractor tires covered as well. Avoid using any product like 303 on tires that claims to protect the rubber as it is not true, can actually cause premature creep.
