HiYa Kim-
There are several places that restore vintage gauges, speedometers, clocks, radios, dash parts. Just Google speedometer shop. Now, best you are sitting down. The cost is not cheap. In 2003 when I restored my early 8N, I had my original gages restored at shop here in Detroit. For the cost of those alone I could have bought half of another tractor. You can shop around, HEMMING MOTOR NEWS has lot of ads all the time but they are all pretty much priced the same. Getting the back plate removed and not breaking the glass faceplate is the tricky part. Then getting it crimped back over has the same problems. They have the equipment/machines to do that effectively. I have two coffee cans full of original LOOP ammeters waiting to be restored.
