Does the jubilee have a loader? Are the rear tires loaded? Will you be trying to haul any inplements with the tractor? If yes to any of these, you will end up over the 5000 limit of your truck with the tractor and trailer. If the tractor has no loader or loaded tires and no implements, a trailer with two 3500 lb axles would put you right around your 5000 limit. For a short trip you might get by, but for your trip your truck sounds undersized. To safely haul the tractor, a trailer with two 5000 lb axles would work. Brakes on both trailer axles is a must have. A tow vehicle with at least a 7 or 8 thousand lb tow rating and a brake controller for the trailer brakes shoild get the job done.
