I know this has been answered at least a hundred times, but I am confused. On my 2N the right lower lift pin leaks badly. I know to remove the left trumpet and work through the differential, but want confuses me is some posts say you can reach the right pin by working through the diff, others seem to say you must remove the diff first. Having never done this before I want to know what I am faced with before I start. Must I remove the diff? If so is it difficult to remove. Is it hard to line everything back up? If it is going to be a BFD, I may just remove the right trumpet and not worry about tightening the non leaking left pin. All opinions, suggestions, and ideas are welcomed.
