I find my 8N is great for pulling a grading blade and grading our gravel road.
I find my Jubilee great for dragging logs, launching boats, pulling a wagon or a trailer, or running a 5 foot mower.
I use my Kubota for running a 5 foot tiller and for moving dirt and stone and pushing over trees with the front end loader.
I leave the tiller on the back for a counter balance to the loader, works great.
I leave the back blade on the 8N and the boom pole or the wood trailer on the Jubilee.
8N's are obsolete, they were when Ford released the Jubilee. And the Jubilee was too when the released the 600. They are still great tractors and work great for different tasks. It is enjoyable to grade the road with the 8N. It is just work to grade with the Kubota.
I have had all three tractors since 2001 or so and prices have not changed either way around here. It all depends on condition, tires and bonus items like the Sherman.
