I see. So its's the bendix and not the starter itself. I'm not sure if it's original. A lot of things on this tractor appear to be original. I wish I could pull it to start it.Don't have the room out side. The carburetor is clean and ready to go. Where do I find just the bendix unit?
I don't have the book yet. It's in the mail. I did figure out how to time the distributor and set the points. Tomorrow I will try the hand crank.
