Yes, Ford made an Industrial 9N Model, the 9NBN -SEE LINK BELOW -but the serial number would have 9NBN in the prefix. Ford used the hand stamps as pictured for all vehicle serial numbers of commercial car, truck, and tractors. Note the lower case letter 'b' for 6 and inverted for number 9; and capital letter 'I' for numeral '1'. Up until 1950, s/n's used the STAR * symbol before and after to designate steel cylinder liners. Note, this system was used on ALL vehicles, not juts tractors.
