Thanks Tim. It is the #33 carb. I do have another carb from a 39 Ford that I recently parted out. I have purchased the larger more complete repair kit and will rebuild it. The carbs do not have the smaller plug located near the drain plug. When I remove the drain plug, I do have a good fuel flow. When I cleaned the carb, I used a ultrasonic cleaner and ran it through 5 eight minute cycles. I then used spray carb cleaner with the straw in the openings, and then blew it out with compressed air. I've had the tractor for about 10 years and never had a dripping problem, even when I "forgot" to close the valve. I only use it for bush hogging, as I have a much newer Ford 1320 with a lot more bells and whistles. I know it is something simple that I may have overlooked.
