I bought a ford 1954 naa about 3 years ago, when I bought tractor 3 point hydrolics were fast and smooth. Ichanged out all the fluids including the hydrolic system, initially it lost it prime and I got that taken care of. Ever since I got rid of the old hydrolic fluid it lifts up ok but it chatters when going up.this is most apparent when there is nothing attached to the 3 point. When I put heavy blade on 3 point the chattering is not as noticeable. But like today with 3 point ford boom hooked up the system chatters and rattles instead of going up smooth and quitely. Iam running an all purpose hydrolic fluid from tractor supply because it is way cheaper than the new holland hydrolic fluid. Do I need to run ford/new holland fluid to get her to lift correctly or is there some thing else I should do?
