I have a spare basic oil pressure gauge that I bought years ago that has a dozen brass adapter fittings that fit about anything you can find. If you can find one at walmart or local parts store, I would hook it up at the engine block and see if you have pressure. Otherwise your oil drop tube may have cracked and you will toast your bearings if you keep running it.
Then while you have the old oil tube loose take loose the other end at the gauge and blow out the old line and see what crud comes out of it.
Be careful taking the nut loose at the gauge as you can easily break the brass nut or split the nipple to the gauge.
Once you blow out the line and you also find you have pressure on the new spare gauge, you may try hooking the old gauge back up and see if it works with the line blown out.
It did on my 52 8n when I had the same issue.
