I put my 8n and 5' brush hog on a 18' trailer with no brakes to help a friend cut his field. The 10 mile trip was no problem pulling. From 60mph to a stop was 1/4 mile braking distance. If anyone pulled out in front of me I would have surely hit them. I highly suggest the trailer with dual brakes for safety of yourself and the potential careless driver who isnt paying attention. I personally will not tow my tractor that distance again on a trailer without brakes. I hope you find something safe and affordable.
