Hi Stumpy, The cotter pin is out, I was referring to the end that the cotter pin hole is at looks mushroomed. I don't think that is what is causing the pin to freeze in the knuckle. I think that it is just rusted real good in the knuckle. I am not worried about saving the pin, just the knuckle. Thanks, Frank
