Well, yes there is. Three options -first follow LINK for 1-1/8" to 1-3/8" adaptor sleeve that slips over PTO shaft and pins. For about 5-6 bucks can't beat it and I've been using one for over 25 years. Option #2 is to purchase an Overrunning Clutch Assembly that has the 1-1/8" female end to your existing tractor PTO shaft and then the male end is the modern ASAE 1-3/8" splined shaft. Option #3 you have already chosen - purchase a new 1-3/8" PTO shaft and replace the original.
