The 203 is common and easy to find. Any auto part store can get them as they fit many alternators and are used as clutch pilot bearings. PP stand for a seal on each side, but stores like O'Reilly and Autozone use a FF suffix. 6203 is another interchangeable number. Just type in 203PP into any auto parts site and you will find they are only $4 or $5 and in stock.
