A couple of years ago my lift quit working. At the advice of the good folks on this board, I removed the side cover and stuck my hand deep into the oil and felt a valve down at the bottom. I moved it, not knowing at all what I was doing, but it made the lift work, until last night. That was 2 years ago. While plowing last night, the lift quit completely. I haven't had a chance to try this maneuver again, but I am hoping it will work again. The oil is muddy, so I am sure it has water in it, but it is still thick like a good milkshake. Can anyone tell me what I was doing? Lol. Also, in case this doesn't work, what should I do next? Thanks in advance.
