The cast iron dash was only used in mid 1941. Early 41's had the aluminum dash and the later model 41 carried the 2 piece pressed steel dash so if your dash is the one piece dash then in must be a 41,or at least the dash is. Parts get changed around quite a bit on these old Ford.
Does your governor have an oil line to it? Are your rear end trumpets look solid where the fender bolt goes thru or is there a gap inbetween? These are a couple more things that where done in mid 41.
