Hey Tim - Hope all is well with you! I decided to have the manifold brazed. My go-to guy here is a tool and die welder.....had all these fancy laboratory looking aluminum tubes out front that he had been welding. Anyway - he's not inexpensive but I'm sure the job will be done correctly. He said he would braze it and that he had to heat the whole manifold in the oven first and then braze it. Makes sense. It's $140. I was looking at some of the manifolds on eBay and they look absolutely dreadful...couldnt bring myself to buy one of those which are $90 after shipping anyway. Mine is cosmetically in great shape and the flange is nice and clean....still has all the blanchard marks from the original factory planing/grinding. Jon
