You should do the compression test when tractor is warm. First dry then add a small amount of 5w40 to each cyl and do it again. Be sure your battery is charged good for you to get consistent readings.
Check your fuel flow and your point gap before you do anything drastic.
You 6 volt or 12 volts??
Is your oil pressure at idle or at 1500 rpm? makes a big difference.
Low oil pressure at idle when tractor is hot does not tell much. If it is 5 psi at half throttle then you may have an issue. I would recheck compression, look at point gap and carb settings before I tore it apart...
