With help from members on this forum (thank you all by the way) and a couple turns of the carb adjustment screws the Tug ran for a collective 45 minutes. I got it to go into 4 forward gears and reverse. the fluids need to be changed but that's no big deal. i ordered the sediment bowl i need for the fuel system. one thing i notices while it was running we had to continue playing with the air adjustment screw, it would run for a while the all of a sudden would begin to run very rich and start "rolling". any ideas on why that would be? the carb was cleaned and rebuilt.
